Cancellations

• Please provide more than 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. 

• If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you will not lose one of your pre-paid sessions. 

• If you cancel within 24 hours – 1 hour before your appointment, there will be a fee of £25 charged as we will not be able to fill that appointment.  This fee is the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before the client’s next appointment. 

No Show

Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be considered as a ‘No show’.  No show clients or those who cancel their appointment within 1 hour of their scheduled appointment time will have one full session deducted from their pre-paid sessions.

Lateness

There may be times when you are late to your appointment which are unavoidable.  If this happens, please text/email as soon as possible so that we understand the circumstances.  Your appointment will still finish at the prearranged time as other clients will be waiting to be seen.

Special Unavoidable Circumstances

We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours.  Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management approval.
